Refund and Returns

1. Digital File Purchase

1.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any digital downloads. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

1.2 Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we will offer either an exchange for another product of equal value or a refund for the duplicate purchase. Please contact us with your order details for assistance.

1.3 Product Issues & Defects

We strive to provide high-quality digital products, but if you encounter any of the following issues, we will provide a corrected file download within 48 hours:

• File is corrupt or not opening properly.
• Missing elements or layers that should be included.
• Quality does not match the listing description.

If we are unable to resolve the issue within seven (7) days, we will offer a full refund for the affected product. However, we do not offer refunds for compatibility issues due to incorrect software or device limitations.

2. Copyright & Usage Policy

All designs are for personal and commercial use as specified in our licensing terms. However, reselling, redistributing, or claiming our designs as your own is strictly prohibited. Refunds will not be provided if a purchase is made with the intent to violate copyright policies.
