How do I download my purchase?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Since some of our files are large, you will receive a PDF containing a Google Drive link, where you can access and download your files.

Additionally, your download link will also be available in your account dashboard:

  2. Go to "My Orders" or "Downloads".
  3. Click on your order to access the download link.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your sales receipt attached. You can also view and download your receipt anytime by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Your Account – Go to [Your Website URL] and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to "My Orders" – Navigate to the "Orders" section in your account dashboard.
  3. Select Your Order – Click on the order you want to view.
  4. Download Receipt – You will find an option to view or download your sales receipt.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! The digital product you receive will be exactly as shown in the listing images. All files are high-quality and come in the specified format (PNG, SVG, etc.), ready for use. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and printer calibration. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

How can I return an item?

Since our products are digital downloads, they cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. However, if you experience any issues with your files—such as download problems or corrupted files—please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
